Every year immunization requests are sent home to parents in kindergarten or are registering for kindergarten. Under the new guidelines from Horizon Health schools are required to forward any updated or newly received immunizations to Public Health through the school year.
If you have any questions about missing immunizations, please contact Public Health to discuss them.
